Do you include all trades and services?

Yes, we organise all areas of your project, our preference is to provide a fixed price, all-inclusive service for you to make it as stress-free and seamless as possible. Of course, if there are areas you would like to organise yourself, we can discuss and accommodate these.
Can we supply our own fixtures and fittings?

Of course, but also we can arrange for you as part of our fully inclusive service.
Do I need to organise my own building approval?

No, we take care of the whole approval process for you. Again, if you have already taken this step yourself, or wish to undertake yourself, that is fine.
Do you have plans to choose from?

No, for new builds, we like to specialise in custom builds, so if you don't already have plans, we will direct you to the appropriate people to help put your ideas for your dream home onto paper.
What's the process to get a quote?

Please make contact with us via phone, email or website enquiry form. We will be in touch with you to arrange a site visit. After that, we will work towards providing you with an estimate so you can evaluate the viability of the project and asses your budget. Once we hear of your acceptance of our estimate we will then work towards providing you with a formal quote. This can take some time depending on the details and complexity of the project.

OUR AMAZING EXTENSION PROJECT IS FINISHED!!! 🍾🍾🎉🎉 Full disclosure... this one was actually finished a while ago, we get a bit behind with updating our followers on what we are up to!🤦‍♀️ You might remember we posted some progress shots for this one a few months ago, well it is all done now and ready for the holiday period to be enjoyed by all! This extension included a main bedroom, ensuite and AMAZING back deck (which we love!). Also worth a mention here is the client's amazing design choice when it came to storage in the main bedroom (check out the pics!!📷) We are so proud of how this one turned out and it was a lot of fun to bring this design to life! One very happy family now has more space to live comfortably, what an achievement!

We accepted the task and think we achieved a great end result! CHARTER BOAT....... WHAT CHARTER BOAT???🚤🚤🚤😂😂 Last week you may have spotted the boys at this iconic Toowoomba building removing the old "boat" from the facade. I'm sure many of us have fond memories of visiting this building when it housed the Mullet Gut Marine store. A big thanks to Matt and Dylan who spent the WHOLE week up very nice and close in the boom lift basket, I'm sure the weekend was a very welcome break from each other for you two!😆😆

This is one where the photos just don't do it justice, but imagine having a BIG entertaining area like this! We completed this project towards the end of last year, just in time for the clients to use the area many times over the summer period! Complete with Stratco Cooldek insulated roofing, we are in love with this area! 😍 🥳

Last week Chris and Matt travelled to Elmore Victoria to assist the team at H-Line Structures Australia and Mobile Kitchens with the installation of temporary kitchen, dining and laundry facilities for Disaster Relief Victoria. The entire setup as well as temporary housing onsite will provide accommodation for those who have been displaced due to the recent floods. It was a great opportunity to travel as well as lend a helping hand.
